Come and discover the beautiful art of plant colour. You will learn how to create exciting textiles with botanical extracts, foraged plants, spices and kitchen waste. You will learn how to prepare fabric using mordants, how to extract colour from plants and shift colours using modifiers leave the workshop with dye samples and your own bundle dyed tote bag. Workshop duration: 10am - 4pm Please wear clothes that you dont mind getting dirty Please bring lunch (there are lots of cafes near by also) Taught by textile artist Ali Herring.
